Indian Employment
visa is required for anyone wishing to take up employment
assignment in India. You will need a valid employment
contract signed by both parties in order to be granted
employment visa, once granted its effective from the date
of issue and is extendable.

Original
passport valid for at least 190 days
Two
Recent passport-size photographs - 45 mm x 35 mm
in size
Indian
contract signed by both parties and contract should
have a specific clause for payment of income tax
in India.
